This recipe is super flexible, easy, and refreshing. Any toppings can be added, including various fresh fruits, nuts, chia seed, and coconut flakes.
Ingredients:
Frozen Blueberries
Frozen Raspberry
Frozen Strawberries
Acai (optional)
Water or milk of your choice
For the smoothie bowl:
Tip: chill your bowl in the freezer until you're ready to serve so the base melts slower.
Add frozen fruit to the blender, as much as you want. The key to making the smoothie thick is less liquid and more frozen fruits. Add hints of any milk of your choice or water. Blend until thick and smooth.
Poor into a chill bowl
Add your favorite toppings.
I like to add granola, fresh blueberries, slices of banana drizzle some honey on top.
