I log my nutrition intake via a phone app, and it includes my water. I have made my water goal of 64 ounces more days than I have not, which is huge for me as I get busy and forget to drink, not to mention I dislike plain water. Drinking flavored seltzer worked for a while until I had to cut 'fizzy' out! So now I use Zero calorie Gatorade or Vitamin Water, Green or White teas or add low calorie flavor packets (half per 16 ounce bottle).
