On that third cup of coffee? Switch it up and try green tea instead! Matcha is a powder form of green tea. It's known to give you energy with out the crash or jitters! Also high in antioxidants, promotes healthy cholesterol, and refreshing!!
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 - 2 tsp matcha tea powder
- 1/2 c frozen mangoes
- 10 oz water
- choice of sweetener: 4 - 5 drops of stevia or 1/2 - 1 oz simple syrup (personal preference)
Put this all in a blender and serve over a large cup of ice.
