How do you feel?
When sitting at a desk, driving, eating, we don't always noticed the built up stress and tension in our upper body. Why? Because we're so used to feeling tense and we're not always mindful of our posture. Practicing these stretches a few times a week will help open up your chest and shoulders, help you feel more relax, clear the mind, and give yourself some love.
